Mutual PowerA positive relationship must have mutual power, no one should have more purpose than the other and they shouldn't be controlling. The power in the relationship must be balanced where one isn't afraid to make their voice be heard. There will always be disagreements when it comes to making decisions together and compromising is the best way to handle it.
